Conditions of Entry to the B2B Exhibition
Professional Access. Admission to the exhibition is strictly limited to professional visitors: business owners, entrepreneurs, industry specialists and other representatives whose activities are relevant to the theme of the event. Proof of professional status may be requested, such as a business card, letter of authority, company ID or another official document.
Age Restrictions. For reasons of safety and to maintain the professional nature of the event:
Children under the age of 16, including infants, are not permitted in the exhibition halls.
Visitors aged 16 to 18 may attend only if accompanied by an adult and subject to prior registration.
Students. Students from relevant universities may be admitted on the final day of the exhibition as part of an organised group, accompanied by a lecturer, and with prior arrangement with the organisers.
Badges and Registration. Entry badges are issued on the basis of online registration, a valid ticket or other proof of registration. Badges are strictly non-transferable. The organiser reserves the right to request photo identification upon entry.
Organiser’s Rights. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor who breaches these regulations, disrupts the exhibition, or poses a security risk. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
Compliance. Visitors must follow all instructions given by the organiser’s staff, security personnel and the exhibition centre administration.
